1.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the platform, the following information may be collected automatically:

• IP address and device identifier information
• Browser type and operating system
• Time spent on the platform, page visit history

662 bed uses collected information only for lawful and specific purposes. No information is used for unrelated reasons.

2.1 Marketing Communications

With your consent, 662 bed may inform you about new offers, promotions, and updates via email or mobile messages. You may request to stop receiving these communications at any time.

2.2 Analysis and Improvement

Aggregated and anonymised data is analysed to improve the quality of the platform's services and enhance the user experience. No individual can be identified from this analysis.

662 bed uses industry-standard technology to keep your information secure. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption ensures that all data exchanged between your browser and our servers is fully protected.

3.1 Technical Security Measures

• All sensitive information is stored in encrypted form
• Passwords are never stored in plain readable form — they are stored only as hashed values
• Any unusual activity on the system is monitored automatically
• Regular security audits are conducted
• Server access is restricted to authorised personnel only

3.2 User Responsibilities

Alongside our technical measures, you also have certain responsibilities for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you log in from a public or shared device, log out after your session. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team promptly.

662 bed does not sell your personal information to third parties. However, for the purpose of providing services, it may be necessary to share certain information with specific third parties in specific situations.

4.1 Service Provider Partners

Necessary transaction information is shared with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking institutions for payment processing. Gaming software providers — such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, JILI, PG Soft — use limited information for technical purposes. Data protection agreements are in place with these partners.

4.2 Legal Obligations

There may be an obligation to provide information to investigating authorities under applicable laws or judicial orders in Bangladesh. In such cases, we will supply only the minimum information required to meet the legal requirement.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, user information may be transferred to the relevant party. Users will be given timely notice before any such change.
